A Visit to the Sheep Farm

Today we visited a sheep farm! Mrs. Jenni Powell is one of Dr. Mynster's patients so Mimi knows her very well. She invited us to come out for a visit to their farm because this is the time of year that all the mommy sheep have had their babies. We met Mimi and Popi, Auntie Jessica, Jonzi, Eve, Fia, Mrs. Lindsey, and Adeline there this morning. We had SO much fun and learned a lot.

Going into the barn!

These gated parts were full of mommies and their new babies

The lambs looked like stuffed animals....so cute.

Mrs. Jenni telling us all about living on a sheep farm

Jack jumped right in and fed one of the lambs.

And our friend Adeline loved being in the barn and close to the sheep. Her grandparents have a farm so she knew what she was doing. :)

Caleb wasn't sure about things at first. He kept saying, "I want to get out of here."

We made a new friend named Sarah (Mrs. Jenni's daughter). She was very nice and showed us around.

Mimi wanted to take a lamb home but Popi said no.

Mrs. Lindsey multi-tasking

Caleb decided he liked this one because it wasn't as dirty as the other ones. Grandma's boy?

Mommy says sometimes it's crazy to look into Jonah's face and see Uncle Allen

This mommy had twins, just like us!

This lamb was crying for his mommy so Mrs. Jenni picked him up and helped him find her.

Jack says he was "cleaning the farm"

Such a beautiful day!

Thank you, Mrs. Jenni, for such a wonderful day!
