2 MONTHS!!!

Jack and Caleb were 2 months old on the 21st. The next day, they had their 2 month checkup. This meant they were going to have their first round of shots. I was a total wreck all day thinking about it. My stomach was in knots. The boys did such a good job. Kyle was the one to help the nurse hold thier arms and feet down...I just couldn't do it. :) Both boys screamed right after they were given the shots but calmed down pretty soon after. Caleb fell right to sleep and Jack took a little longer to calm down but was soon ok too. The experience was much better than I had anticipated. My children continue to amaze me every day!
Here are their poor little legs, band-aids covering their boo-boos.

Jack now weighs 12lbs. 6oz. and Caleb weighs 9lbs. 8oz. Both boys are doing great!

Kim, Malia, and Kianna were here this week to visit. We had so much fun! Grandma and Papa were also here. It was great week!

"You Make Me Smile"

Caleb and Jack love to smile! They've gone from a smile every now and then if we're lucky, to smiling all the time. I can't describe the feeling it gives me...almost like my heart is going to burst from being so full.

In case you woke up today and thought, "I wonder what the cutest pajamas in the world look like", here they are! (Sorry about the upside-down picture)

"My Daddy Can Arrest Your Daddy" onesies. Thank you, Bethany and Shadrick!

Tummy time with Daddy.

Couldn't resist this picture.

I'm so in love with these 3!

Tummy Time

Today was kind of a cranky day for the Hyde boys. Neither napped very well and they were both pretty fussy. So I tried everything I could to cheer them up. Mimi had put Caleb on his tummy using his Boppy last time she was here, so I tried that again today and they both loved it! They're becoming so strong. Thank goodness they were able to quite down for a few minutes. Hopefully days like this are few and far between. :)

We are borrowing this baby sling (don't know what else to call it)from cousin Jonah. I put Jack in it and he really liked it, even though he may not look very comfortable. :)Thank you, Jonah!

The boys have really started to move around in their cribs. I have put them in their own beds. This is where I put Caleb when I put him down for a nap and....

this is where he was when I went to get him after his nap.

Jack was giving us some huge smiles today. We tried to catch them but it wasn't easy. This was our best shot.

6 weeks!

This week Kevin, Becky, Taylor, Nick, Ryan, and Elyssa all came to visit. We had so much fun! The boys loved having someone to hold them all the time, instead of having to wait their turn with just me around. :) We hung out at the house, went to eat at all the places that they don't have in Minnesota, and took them to see downtown Nashville. It was the boys first time downtown too.

Hangin' out with Uncle E and Uncle Ebic

Ready for church! Thank you Aunt Kim for the cute plaid pants! We love them. They fit Caleb pretty well but were almost too tight around Jack's buddha belly. :) Kyle had to work extra on Saturday so this was my first attempt to make it to church by myself. Not only did we make it, but we were on time! I have to admit, I was proud of myself.

This was our first time using the stroller. It's huge! We went for a walk around the neighborhood.

Caleb loved it.

Jack did not. He cried almost the whole time. I thought all babies loved to be outside?!

This is Jack posing for the camera.
